1. All the results of research in this website are personal achievements, not concerned with any organization or anyone else.
2. Without my agreement, no one can quote my articles as lawful proof, academic proof, political essay, academic magazine, research paper, degree paper, compilation of text book, or else he must be looked into the lawful responsibility.
3. If there is any doubt about the copyright of my articles, please it according to my articles published on Dec 20th, 2000. Because before that I sent my ten papers to the international Mathematical Committee, which was led in Beijing in honor of Hua Luogeng’s ninetieth birthday, before this, all the articles published on public publication or those read out at international academic conference, are my own papers, Or else I hold the copyright
4. After this, all papers and results of research in this website had been marked with date, before which I admit that all the results of research published in normal research publications (not in home publications or magazines, nor on home internet) are mine, or else I’ll hold the copyright as well.
5. If there is still any doubt about these articles, I think both sides should have a public debate watched over by the media, and the winner will have the copyright.
6. As for the scholars who take interest in these theses, they should have their own home pages and make their intellectual right safe when they publish their results of research. Also they should leave their websites or make it by link: On condition that they lose their importance results because of not making homepage, they are to blame.
7. Any other website but this one, which is the unique website to publish new mathematic theoretical system, can’t copy any here. If it is a great requirement to copy something, you can make a link to it only with my permission (empowered in written form)
8. I’m willing to give answers to the question, raised by any scholar or organization concerned with this website or not, if not, I won’t give any answer. In answering these questions all the academic theoretical points and intellectual property right of some importance results, belong to me; any one else can’t use them at will.
9. I only entrust the English magazine “ Nature ” to invite experts to comment my results of researches. Any one else mustn’t make any comments on my papers in the name of research organization, if not, their comments are their personal view.
10. The unit and the scholars without my empowers have not edit my research results into textbooks to instruct, or obtain the new conclusions base on these research results.
I have the priority right to publish the research results that are gained by the units and the scholars who co-operate with mine or empowered by me.
